Arnifi Refund Policy

1. Refunds will be issued only through the original payment method. In the event that a transaction error occurs while making the payment, a refund will be issued to the same credit card you used for the original purchase. 2. Please allow for up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed.

Arnifi's Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation before 1 business day of placing the order – If order is cancelled, then the order can be cancelled and eligible for a refund. The cancellation penalty will be equal to the effort put in during the process. The efforts would include various calls and interactions with the client; but it would yield tangible outputs 2. Cancellation post 1 business day – In this case the order cannot be cancelled as Arnifi has started the analysis, documentation, drafting and co-ordination process with respective freezones or mainland jurisdictions ; if cancelled the order, the amount would not be refunded and a cancellation fee equal to the order value / advance paid would be charged to the customer.
